A Shared Story
Kevin and Dianne first met Isaac and Danny back when they were online booksellers and Isaac was a loyal customer with a deep love for the esoteric and occult. Their shared interests sparked a connection that grew over time.
When Kevin and Dianne opened the doors to their brick-and-mortar shop, Isaac and Danny quickly became frequent visitors and good friends. Kevin and Dianne could often be found at Familiars, sipping coffee, reading books, and catching up with friends.
That friendship laid the foundation for what would become the Market Street Market—a joint effort by two local businesses committed to fostering community, creativity, and curiosity in Northampton.

Familiars Coffee & Tea Located on Strong Avenue in Northampton, MA. Familiars Coffee & Tea is a cozy spot serving up excellent craft coffee and loose-leaf tea with friendly vibes all around. It’s a great place to meet up, relax, or fuel up before exploring town.
Owned by Isaac and Danny, Familiars is also one of the hosts of the Market Street Market!

On the other side of the tracks on Market Street, Splendor Solis Books is a used, new, and rare bookstore specializing in esoteric, occult, and metaphysical books.
Owned by Kevin and Dianne, it’s a quiet haven for seekers, readers, and anyone looking for something a little off the beaten path. Splendor Solis is also a host of the Market Street Market.
